Description

This is a commercial services firm-fixed price contract for janitorial services at the USDA, APHIS, PPQ, Lihue Airport Facility.� The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision and other items and non-personal services necessary to accomplish the work (including but not limited to all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and tools).� The scope of this contract involves performance of monthly janitorial services, at a frequency of three times per week, for a 1,600 square foot facility to ensure and maintain the cleaning of heavily trafficked areas. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools and equipment necessary and shall plan, schedule and coordinate the effective performance of all janitorial services. Contractor shall not use the same mop used to clean restrooms floors to clean all other floors of the facility. Mops and chemically treated dust mops shall be maintained, changed weekly and properly disinfected on a regular basis. Mopping water shall be changed before proceeding to a new facility section. The following buildings/rooms are to be cleaned three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Administration Office/Conference Room to include administrative office administrative common area/sink (576 Square Feet) and�conference room and supervisors� office (576 Square Feet) Employee Break Room/lunchroom (250 Square Feet) HA Inspection Station (100 Square Feet) and AQ Inspection Station (100 Square Feet)
