Description: The purpose of this procurement is to alleviate the rental vehicle requirement that OCS is currently burdened with. OCS must currently commit funds to vehicle rentals in order to support transportation requirements during the candidate training cycle. Acquisition of the Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV�s) would decrease the amount of transportation assets OCS would need to rent every training cycle.
