Description
1. PROPOSAL Furnish all labor, tools, services, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to replace all existing DownView desks in facility 571, classroom as described below. This work effort is prescribed by and under the supervision of the USCENTCOM Facilities Office. Period of performance-120 days after contract award. 2. SCOPE: the contractor shall provide the following: A. Pre-Bid: each contractor shall visit the work site to become thoroughly familiar with all existing conditions prior to bid. There shall be only one pre-bid site visit, scheduled and conducted by the USCENTCOM Facilities Office; date to be determined at time of solicitation. The contractors are limited to two (2) persons each. B. Design & mock-up: each proposal shall include a detailed design, to scale and fully dimensioned to insure fit and proper clearances. The design shall comply with the intended layout and function of each area as prescribed in this Statement of Work. USCENTCOM Facilities Office shall provide mock-ups of, or actual equipment that will be placed on these workstations to ensure all equipment fits as intended. USCENTCOM Facilities Office shall bring a communications technician and Facilities representatives to evaluate each mock-up for compliance with this SOW. C. Post award site work: 1. Teardown and dispose of 40 workstations. Contractor shall dispose of all material IAW SOW paragraph 4. 2. Furnish and install 35-40 workstations. 3. One downview shelf per workstation to support a monitor at the following dimensions: a. Length: 21.2� b. Diagonal: 23.8� c. Height: 18.8� 4. Figure 1 shows the current configuration. Figure 2 shows the proposed layout. 5. Color scheme will be determined after award.
