Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division is conducting a Market Survey to identify potential sources that are capable of providing up to a total of 325 Callyo System covert audio lines, 100 video licenses, 240 number intelligence searches per month, and 24/7/365 tactical support. Respondents that possess the capabilities listed above may submit their responses to the point of contact listed below. Respondents should only respond to this market survey if they can meet all the requirements listed above. Request that all interested respondents indicate company name, address, telephone number, email address, technical point of contact, CAGE code, company size (please specify as either a Large Business, Foreign-Owned Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a) concern, Woman-Owned Small Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone concern, Veteran-Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Small Business). All submissions are requested to be made electronically and shall be made no later than 12 September 2022 at 1:00 PM. The information shall be sent by electronic mail to stephen.j.pruser.civ@army.mil and amy.sentner.civ@army.mil. All information submitted will be held in a confidential status. The US Government will only accept written questions by email, telephone inquiries will not be accepted. This market survey is for information and planning purposes only, does not constitute a pre solicitation notice, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the United States (US) Government to issue a solicitation. Please be advised that the US Government will not pay for any information submitted under/in relation to this announcement. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary. The Government intends to utilize the information received only to develop the acquisition strategy for future requirements. Any of the information stated above is subject to change. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published.
