The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified: (1) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); (2) Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB); or (3) Small or emerging small business firms, or (4) Other Than Small business firms, to provide Cautery Apparatus Electrosurgical Generator for the Tomah VAMC. General Requirements: Salient Characteristics: Brand Name or Equal [Bovie] - Reusable Electro-Surgical Pencil, 100 Autoclaves cycle - 2 Button operational use selector ""Yellow for Cutting"" & ""Blue for Coagulation"" - Steam Autoclavable 121 degree Celsius or 250 degree Fahrenheit Smoke Evacuator Bovie Smoke Shark II - Accepts Boive Brand Reusable Electro-Surgical Pencil - 3 Stage smoke filtration system with 99.999% particulate capture of micro organisms .1 to .2 microns. - 3 stage (Low, Medium, High) filtration setting. - Replaceable filter cartridge - Electronic controls on front face panel - Auto select button that activates simultaneously with use of pencil. - Pneumatic Footswitch operation - Suction Control ""on or standby"" feature All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
