Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk of Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Office, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure SVM 3001 Smart Viscometer to delivered and installed at Naval Station Norfolk, 9349 4th Avenue, Bldg. V-61, 2nd Floor, Room 237. The manufacturer is Anton Paar USA, Inc. and interested parties must provide a copy of certificate of authorization to sell Anton Paar products. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). This procurement will be competed as 100% Small Business Set-aside as Brand Name Specific with Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Evaluation Factors. The contract line items are included in Solicitation SPMYM122Q0236. ***NO GREY MARKET ITEMS AS ALL ITEMS/MATERIAL MUST BE NEW*** The solicitation number is SPMYM122Q0236 and the solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 13 September 2022 and closes 19 September 2022 at 2PM (EST).
