Description

This is a synopsis for non-commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 15. This announcement constitutes only a synopsis; quotas are being requested and a written solicitation is being being issued. This solicitation, FA8524-22-R-0022, is being conducted as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition.� SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD:� NAICS: 811219 Size Standard: $22.00 REQUIREMENT: Control Display Unit (CDU), NSN 5895-20-010-9425GC, P/N 100-602653-000 This repair contract is expected to be Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) with a one-year basic period and four one-year ordering periods. Manufacturer: CMC Justification for Limited Competition:�The CDU is used on the HH-60G SOF/CSAR aircraft and is used in military aircraft operations. The CDU provides centralized control and monitoring of navigational, sensor, fire control and armament functions on aircraft via the 1553B data bus. According to results of past market research, CMC Electronics owns the intellectual property rights to the Control Display Unit (CDU), Part Number 100-602653, NSN 5895-20-010-9425GC. CMC Electronics (CMC) is not interested in selling the data/rights to the Government. DELIVERY: Required delivery is 60 days after delivery order or receipt of asset, whichever comes first. The Ship To address is: SW3119 DLA Distribution Warner Robins. 455 Byron Street Bldg 376, Robins AFB GA 31098-1887. Early delivery acceptable at no additional cost to the US Government. The point of inspection and acceptance is Origin. FOB is Origin. Price should be FOB Origin. In addition to price and delivery, proposal should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
