Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The Government will not pay for any information received. ****NOTE: The required fill-in provisions 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 attached to this post must be filled in and returned with your quote to be considered for award. **** This announcement is a request for quote (RFQ).� This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334511, PSC code 6610. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), located at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD�intends to�establish a FFP contract to the vendor who can provide the required Navigation Kits under a lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Contractor shall provide the following: Two (2) Navigation Test Kits. A.� The contractor shall provide the following equipment: P/N: TBD (Part Number is Vendor Specific) Description: Flight Line ruggedized computer solution with interfaces for MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, AFDX/ARINC-664, and Gigabit Ethernet.� Each Kit Includes: - QTY of two (2) Channels of Dual Redundant MIL-STD-1553 - QTY of eight (8) TX/RX Channels ARINC 429 - QTY of two (2) AFDX/ARINC 664 - QTY of two (2) Gigabit Ethernet - QTY of two (1) Data Analysis software for 1553, 429, 664, and Dual Channel Ethernet - QTY of one (1) Breakout cables: 1553, 429, 664, Ethernet Please see attached Statement of Work. Required Delivery Date: All items shall be received within�sixteen (16) weeks after receipt of order (ARO). As used in this clause-- Contract financing payment means an authorized Government disbursement of monies to a contractor prior to acceptance of supplies or services by the Government. (End of clause) 252.232-7006 WIDE AREA WORKFLOW PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS (DEC 2018) (a) Definitions. As used in this clause� �Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DoDAAC)� is a six position code that uniquely identifies a unit, activity, or organization. �Document type� means the type of payment request or receiving report available for creation in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). �Local processing office (LPO)� is the office responsible for payment certification when payment certification is done external to the entitlement system. �Payment request� and �receiving report� are defined in the clause at 252.232-7003, Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports. (b) Electronic invoicing.
