Notice of Intent to Sole Source F3G4BA2229AW01 - 99 MDG Steris Sterilizers The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 19.1406(a) due to only one (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) source is capable of providing the supplies or services required to meet the needs of this requirement.� This requirement is for the purchase and installation of Steris Corporation manufactured sterilization equipment along with peripherals (in accordance with Attachments 1 and 2). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation document exists for this requirement.� Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capabilities statement that includes technical data and cost information, sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capabilities to meet the requirement.� All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response.� A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source procurement.
