- Chemical Speciation Network (CSN) Filter Handling & Gravimetric Analysis This is a combined synopsis/solicitation seeking vendors interested in supplying the EPA with Chemical Speciation Network (CSN) Filter Handling support. The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), Headquarters Acquisition Division (HQAD), Office of Air and Radiation, under the authority of FAR Parts 12 and 13 is seeking quotes for the filter handling support described in the attached SOW. The EPA anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. For a complete description of the requirements, reference the attachment with specifications and evaluation criteria. Send the quotation via FedConnect at https://www.fedconnect.net referencing 68HERH22Q0106 or via email to the Contract Specialist (Jazmine Harris) and Contracting Officer (Tanya Latson) at anthonyharris.jazmine@epa.gov / Latson.Tanya@epa.gov. Vendors having difficulty accessing the announcement or uploading a quotation on FedConnect should contact the contracting officer at Latson.Tanya@epa.gov for further guidance. Offerors should submit a quotation for the filters offered and technical information indicating that the filter handling support offered meets the specifications. The EPA is seeking to purchase the required amount; offers of a partial amount will not be accepted. This is a commercial item. See the attached listing of applicable provisions and clauses. Vendors are expected to comply with the terms and conditions outlined by this solicitation. The Government will award a Purchase Order from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. See attachments with specifications and evaluation factors. Any questions about this solicitation may be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist at Anthonyharris.Jazmine@epa.gov until the date established on the posting. Any questions submitted after then will not receive a response. The solicitation will be amended to include all questions and answers. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
