Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with the policies and procedures as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted on 16 September 2022 at the following website, https://sam.gov/. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N0018922Q0415. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Rustic Fire Protection, Inc. in support of the Naval History and Heritage Command Det.
