The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Economic Research Service (ERS) has a requirement for�ArcGIS StreetMap Premium Desktop USA Concurrent Use License�that produces enriched street data for use in mapping software to deliver high-quality and multiscale cartographic map display as well as accurate geocoding.
