Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to perform hazardous waste removal service(s) as defined in the PWS. The contractor shall have or obtain all licenses/permits, required approvals, notifications, and other documentation necessary to properly conduct the services in this contract, at no additional cost to the United States Government (USG).
