Close Date:� Quote packages are due by 1100 AM ET on Monday, 19 September 2022. Late quotes will not be considered.� Quote packages shall be sent to kimberly.m.kanash.civ@us.navy.mil and contain a cover sheet that provides vendor name, point of contact including name and phone number, and SAM EUI/cage code number. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Symmetra UPS Components and Installation services.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is solicited as a Brand Name Mandatory requirement, see attached Brand Name Justification.�� This requirement is being solicited as 100% total small business set-aside.�� Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. N0016722Q0272. The NAICS code is 335999 and the business size standard is 500 emp. The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-07 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DFARS 20220826. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR CLAUSES AND PROVISIONS. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible quoters on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with quoters. The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer later determines them to be necessary. Evaluation Factors (See 52.212-2- EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS.) Attachment N0016722Q0272 Symmetra UPS Components and Installation services A quote is deemed acceptable for the Technical Capability factor if it meets all requirements as defined in the solicitation Performance Work Statement (PWS).� Vendors shall provide supply items meeting or exceeding the specifications provided in the Brand Name Specifications.� Your detailed quote shall be of sufficient detail to allow the Contracting Officer and Technical Review to make a determination that you fully understand and can meet the requirement specifications for the procurement relative to the PWS inclusive of materials required, equipment required, labor required, and sufficient on site supervision. If awarded, the work is considered Firm Fixed Price.� Your quote shall provide documentation that you are a certified/authorized resellers for the product(s) quoted. Quotes that do not demonstrate that the vendor is a certified/authorized reseller for the product(s) quoted will not be evaluated or considered for award.
