DRAFT SOLICITATION: THIS IS A DRAFT SOLICITATION. THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES RELEASE OF THE FINAL SOLICITATION ON OR AROUND WEDNESDAY, 21 SEPT 2022. PLEASE REVIEW THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SOLICITATION, AS THE RESPONSE TIME MAY BE LIMITED IN THE FINAL SOLICITATION. GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL requires the procurement of Audio/Visual (A/V) Equipment for the Eaker Center at Maxwell AFB, AL. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHD91334AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions (see Attachment #2) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20220826 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2022-0701.
