Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeastern Markets Contracting Division (NM-CD) on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to the Bailek Corporation of Maryland, 530 Gaither RD STE 300, Rockville, MD 20850. The anticipated award will be made utilizing the procedures in FAR Part 8.405 and will be 100% set-aside for a small business.
