Description

The Regional Health Contracting Office � Central, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to Shockwave Medical Inc. for the procurement of Cardiac Catheterization Supplies - Shockwave Medical M5+ IVL Peripheral catheters, C2 IVL Coronary catheters and sterile sleeves required for Cardiology Catheterization and Electrophysiology procedures at Brooke Army Medical Center, JBSA, Fort Sam Houston, TX. ��The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339112 and Small Business Administration's size standard is 1000 employees. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit from and award to one source is in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1). The Government intends to execute this award on or around 15 October 2022. This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency for any future requirements.
