Description

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Western Markets Contracting Division (WMCD) is issuing an RFQ on behalf of the Department of Defense and the Military Health System (MHS). The Government intends to solicit and contract with only one source, American Psychiatric Association Publishing, for the PsychiatryOnline Premium Clinical Support Services Subscription Services including The Journal FOCUS with required Continuing Medical Education (CME) with Vendor Support under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
