- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W50S9322R0023 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250.00 employees. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com, will end on: 2022-09-24 11:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. Ancillary kits allow users to quickly change between frequency bands and modems in minutes. Automates configuration when swapping frequency bands or modems and allows commonality of control. Must feature a unified display to simplify Subsystem monitoring and troubleshooting. Must feature a modular design to allow the system to be configured to adapt to varying missions. operator can easily change RF bands with the simple swap out of a RF Band kit versus an entire system, greatly reducing setup time and cost. SATCOM must integrate an elegant and simple user interface via its web-based ViewSat�-e GUI or similar technology, to provide easy, accurate, and quick acquisition without the need for complex test equipment. The system must feature a One-button satellite auto-acquisition that improves performance in disadvantaged coverage areas, greatly reduces setup time, and allows the user to close larger data links and �lock-on� in a matter of minutes. Must feature MIL-STD-810G tested, rugged design for outdoor usage, Embedded Ethernet switch, intuitive front panel display, optional beacon, receiver/spectrum, monitor and GATEKEEPER� or similar technology. interference excision. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, USPFO PR 156 MSC W50S93 intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. USPFO PR 156 MSC W50S93 is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
