Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 13.106-1(b) (1). �The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6001 Combat Drive, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846;� has a requirement to procure the following service: The Army Public Health Command (APHC) requires provide preventive maintenance and repair-support (PMR) for Amplifier Research Model .This is a non-personal service to provide preventive maintenance for RF/Microwave Instrumentation (ARI).� The service includes a one-year base. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to Amplifier Research Corp, 160 Schoolhouse Road , Souderton, PA 18964-9990.� Amplifier Research Corp, is the previous contract holder and due to the continued need for the maintenance and support services for the mission essential routine preventive maintenance and as-needed repair of one (1) Amplifier Research Model 40T18G26A Serial Number 580702. �� The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and the Business Size Standard is $22.0M. All responses received within five businesses (5) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement no later than 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), 22 September 2022 with the following information: Company name.
