Description

The WAARNG located at Yakima Training Center (YTC), WA, WA 98901 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order by other than full and open competition. Only one source and no other source will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Award will be made to Skookum Educational Services, A NIB/NISH (ability one) in Tacoma WA for the Washington Army National Guard. A determination not to compete this procurement was made because only one responsible source and no other source will satisfy agency requirements to provide Portable chemical latrines and hand wash stations for the WAARNG soldiers for training at YTC. Skookum provides this service currently at the Yakima Training Center. This award and any extensions to this award are covered under this special notice as this award may be extended as the mission is extended.
