Description

The U.S. International Trade Commission intends to negotiate and award a sole source modification to a contract with Bureau Van Dijk (BVD), New York, New York.� The modification will add a new Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for the acquisition of legacy firm level company data for econometric modeling project.� The goal with these separate data set are to assess foreign direct investment and cross border patterns via modeling that employs aggregated firm level data points to include firm location, size, revenue, industry sectors and sub-sectors.� The modification is anticipated for award in September 2022 and for which a one-year license is being sought. It is anticipated a firm fixed price modification will be issued.� The Commission is currently under contract with Bureau Van Dijk Electronic Publishing, Inc., for its ORBIS product (# 34300020P0054), which provides the Commission extensive company level data to support mission related international trade research and analysis.� The anticipated modification is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� Interested persons may identify interest and capability via emial to debra.bridge@usitc.gov to respond to the requirement.
