Description

100th Vehicle Management Flight operating out of RAF Mildenhall has a requirement for 11 new toolboxes outfitted with standardized hand tools. The 100th Vehicle Management Flight is responsible for sustaining a diverse fleet 574 vehicles and vehicular equipment valued at 73 million dollars. They support 35 units across 4 Wings and four major commands The toolboxes are integral to daily maintenance operations of the 100th Vehicle Management Flight's mission.� The contractor must provide 11 toolboxes Brand name or Equal to 54"" 13-Drawer Double-Bank Masters Series Roll Cab. Or equal compliance is met with the following characteristics: tools that are pre-etched with provided unit designator/ID number Precut foam inside the toolbox to aid in tool accountability (Required per AFI 24-302 para 5.25.15.). Minimum of 13 drawers Overall dimensions of Width 54 inches. Height 45 3/4 inches. Depth 29 inches. Hardwood top for maintenance. Made of durable metal Shall be Red or Blue in color Internal locking system aligning vertically with all drawers to keep them from opening when unit is moved. Mounted on mobile wheels with locking mechanisms Heavy duty to support the weight estimate of the quoted tool kits
