- 1. This is a combination synopsis/solicitation for commercial products in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract without discussion.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested herein and a written solicitation will not be issued 2.� This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Quotes shall be valid until 1 October 2022. 3. Description of Requirement: �See full specifications in section 14.� This is an equipment only solicitation.� Installation of the transformers is NOT a part of this solicitation. 4. Delivery:� ������������������ 180 days after contract award 5. Delivery Location: ���� 117 CES, 5401 East Lake Blvd, Birmingham, Al 35217 Line Item Structure:� � CLIN 0001 - Provide 225 KVA Pad Mount Transformer - 13200V Delta Primary, 208Y/120 Wye-N Secondary - Copper, ONAN/Bell Green -Mineral Oil for Building 202. CLIN 0002 - Provide 300 KVA Pad Mount Transformer - 13200V Delta Primary, 208Y/120 Wye-N Secondary - Copper, ONAN/Bell Green -Mineral Oil for building 151 CLIN 0003 - Provide 300 KVA Pad Mount Transformer - 13200V Delta Primary, 480Y/277 Wye-N Secondary - Copper, ONAN/Bell Green -Mineral Oil for building 149 CLIN 0004 � Delivery charges (see address above) 7. This requirement solicitation is UNRESTRICTED under NAICS code 335311.� 8. Contract Clauses/Provisions: �The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03.� See attached document titled Clause/Provision Listing for a complete listing of applicable clauses and provisions.� All can be found in full text at www.acquisition.gov/. Rejection of Quotation: Failure to demonstrate compliance with all required documentation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussion.� 11.
