Mick McGuire Consulting, LLC is uniquely qualified and the only vendor authorized to provide maintenance for the Cyberware scanners. The requirement is for Cyberware Scanner Maintenance, for yearly preventative maintenance of the government owned and operated Cyberware's patented technology WB4, WBX, and PX scanners. These scanners are highly specialized pieces of equipment used in support of US Armed Forces R&D projects. If the scanners fail during the research, it will cause a critical delay in the schedule, impact adversely the final sample, and affect strongly the ability to complete mission requirements. The AE Team, SED at DEVCOM-SC owns Cyberware WB4, WBX whole body, and PX head/face model scanners. These are critical pieces of equipment used daily in research concerning Warfighter anthropometry, PPE development/evaluation, and related projects. The scanners support multiple programs and support customer work from the Program Managers. The scanners in the 3D lab require a yearly on-site maintenance check to ensure they continue working optimally. Additional technical support via telephone and/or email is required to solve minor issues that may arise. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811219 and the size standard is $22,000,000. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
