Description
The Government seeks to lease the following space in St. Croix, Virgin Islands State:��Virgin Islands City:��St. Croix Delineated Area:��Start at Gallows Bay in Estate Gam Le Hospitals Grande Through Christiansted along Northside Road to Estate Morningstar, Continue Southwest along Northside Road to Route70 in Estate Bay Slob East to Route 69 in Estate Plessen South to Route 64 in Estate Negro Bay East to Southside Road (Route 62) in Estate Cape Garden Northwest back to Gallows Bay. ABOA SF (Minimum/Maximum):��13,704 � 14,389 Space Type:��Office and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):��121��(111 Surface for public parking and 10 reserved for the exclusive use of the government) Full Term:��5 years Firm Term:��3 years Cancellation Rights:��90 days Additional Requirements: Technical requirements include�Parking, Backup emergency generator, loading dock, potential installation of communication equipment on the facility roof. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Subleases are not allowed. This procurement will be subject to all the rules, regulations, conditions, and specifications stated in the Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) package that will be sent out pursuant to this advertisement. Space must be contiguous. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain unless the government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. At this time, the Government is only considering existing buildings, and will not consider new construction options. Expressions of Interest must be received in writing no later than September 26, 2022, by 5:00 PM Eastern Time, and should include the following information at a minimum: Building name and address. ABOA and Rentable square feet and Location of space in the building. Name, address, telephone number, and email address of owner.
