Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation, an obligation or commitment by the Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Santa Fe Indian Health Center. This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine if a 100% Set Aside for Small Business Indian Firms can fulfill the requirements set forth in this request for information. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (Small Business Indian Firms). This is a Request for Information only. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service is conducting a market survey to help determine the availability of the following item/service: NAICS Code: 334516. Description: Sysmex Hematology XN1000PR Analyzer, Supplies, Consumables and Services. The Laboratory Testing Kits include and meet the following specifications: The Vendor shall provide Sysmex Hematology XN1000PR Analyzer, Supplies, Consumables and Services, to the Santa Fe Indian Health Center Laboratory Department. Special Features/Specifications: The XN1000PR is a fully automated hematology system providing a throughput of 100 samples per hour. The XN1000PR utilizes fluorescent flow cytometry to provide the most sensitive and specific differential possible while also providing on board operator customizable rules to facilitate repeat/reflex testing and auto-validation. The Platelet-specific stain greatly reduces interferences from RBC and WBC fragments as well as non-specific PLT flags. The XN measures hemoglobin in a separate chamber to remove WBC interference, and uses Sodium Laurel Sulfate (SLS) reagent to reduce interference from lipemia and abnormal proteins. The sample and reagents are warmed to body temperature to reduce interference from cold agglutinins. Training: No training is required for this item, On-Line training tutorials.
