Migration will focus on preparing CDEROnes infrastructure and development of technical designs of new capabilities required for complete use case migration. The following are key activities required: ? Develop Technical design documents including specifications for data replication, data transformations, data publication, graph data mart loads and reports. ? Leverage and port existing Palantir data transformation code to CDEROne. ? Complete current state analysis of existing 14 Palantir use cases and document technical, functional and navigation requirements. ? Conduct requirements assessment sessions with user community to understand user experience needs, pain points and new enhancements. ? Map data sources, Palantir technical capabilities to CDEROne and conduct gap analysis and develop recommendations. ? Develop use case migration plan and roadmap to onboard new data sources, implement new capabilities on CDEROne ? Develop data pipelines to onboard data from source systems that will support phase-II and phase-III use cases. ? Migrate the use case.
