- Description
- This is a non-personal services contract to create Wolfram Language notebooks to guide the user in the application of the GDC Transparency Toolset created. Provide a dedicated notebook focused on the import, cleaning and local storage of the GDC selected data, then other notebooks showcasing results and example from the analytic investigation performed. The final interactive will be a User Interface notebook that will allow any user in simple point and click experience to import data, save it locally and analyze it in a fully integrated application. This process will include any and all required installation, training and remote maintenance in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract/Performance Work Statement (PWS}. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary to perform the requested GDC Transparancy Toolset to include approximately 24 person-weeks of consulting services (Services) to U.S. Army Medical Departments Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) by assigning between 1 and 2 designated consultants (Consultants) to create and implement Genomic Data Common Transparency Toolset, support an updated excel format of clinical data, and use the weighted HPV carcinogenicity index to create new models as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. BAMC has conducted several years of studies to identify the presence of the HPV virus via extracted DNA from pap smears and patient genomics data to make it faster and cheaper to identify cancers. As a result of this research, BAMC is able to do logistic regressions and modeling prediction on high volumes of data. Under a prior PWS, Contractor implemented desktop and AWS-cloud-environment Automated Molecular Pap Test (AMPT) applications that consolidated and productized the modeling and methodology to accelerate the transition of BAMC methods into a more packaged product, with automated workflows that pull data from sequencing machines and directly pass it through the mathematical and computational models to issue diagnostic conclusions. Now, under this new PWS, Contractor will implement further enhancements to the AMPT applications.
