Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and no other solicitation document will be issued. Contractors shall provide a quote for Manlift rental for USCG ESD Houston. This in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). For Period including 01OCT2022-30SEP2023 Rental of Manlift is needed for USCG ESD Houston located at 13411 Hilliard St, Houston, TX 77034 This is a Firm Fixed Price Service Agreement. Billing will be made monthly in arrears. U.S. COAST GUARD TAX EXEMPT NUMBER: B239641 Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Clauses for Commercial items are included in this order and are applicable. If you have any questions concerning this solicitation contact SK2 Martina Fiore @ martina.fiore@uscg.mil Evaluation Process: Lowest Price. The quote will be evaluated on lowest price. If it is found to be acceptable, an award will be made. If it is found to be unacceptable, the next lowest price will be evaluated. This process will continue until a technically acceptable offer is identified; not all offers will be evaluated. 52.204-7 System for Award Management (b)� (1)� An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation. Vendors Doing Business with the Coast Guard MUST be registered or willing to register with the System for Award Management at WWW.SAM.Gov
