Description

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD intends to award a sole source contract to DragoonITCN for the production of a breakout box that is capable of interfacing with the CORVUS testing device. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:� The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. FAR 13.106-1(b) justifies limiting the source�if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The attached sole source justification, outlines the Contracting Officers justification and reasoning to award a sole source award to�DragoonITCN. All responsible sources who believe they can meet all of the requirements in the attached Performance Work Statement may submit a capability statement, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.
