- NASA Office of JPL Management and Oversight (NOJMO) invites the current 21 Department of Energy (DOE) ESPC IDIQ Contract holders to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) in response to this NOO for consideration in potential task order (TO) award(s) under the DOE IDIQ Contract for JPL, TMO, and GDSCC.�Only those�21 DOE Third-Generation ESPC IDIQ contract holders are eligible for award. Amendment 1 is issued on September 29, 2022.� The Amendment 1 PDF is attached to this notice, which provides an extension to the due date for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to allow time for RFIs and Responses to be posted and EOIs to be finalized. See Attached Notice of Opportunity Amendment 1 with updates to pages 13 and 14 in red text.
