- 1.1 �Description of Services/Introduction: �Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) has been tasked by the U.S. Space Force to remove 2 CONEX-type containers from their present location on Site C / Raven Rock at Pen Mar High Rock Rd, Maryland. Also required is the arrangement for transportation to a local Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposal Service, which is located at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
