- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking sources capable of providing an International Public Records data subscription.��The SEC has a preference for a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) subscription product.��The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development. Each respondent to this Sources Sought notice shall provide the following: 1. Summary/cover letter (limited to 3 pages) with following company information: Company name and address; Name of company representative and their business title; Verification if your company is registered in www.SAM.gov and your company's unique entity identifier�(uei) number (Note: your company must have active registration in SAM to be considered for this Sources Sought Notice) Business size and whether your company has any current socio-economic classifications (e.g. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) 2. Response to the SEC's Sources Sought Questionnaire (attached).� �Respondents shall provide a� � � � response to each question in accordance with the instructions in�the questionnaire.� (There is no page limitation for responses to the questionnaire).� 3.�A description of your company�s� International Pubic Records data�subscription that provides an overview of the subscription and covers any items not addressed in the SEC's questionnaire (limit 5 pages for the product description document). 4. A price estimate with pricing for different Tiers of users.� The pricing may cover a range of Tiers based on your company�s offering but must include� at a minimum price estimates for 1 user, 2 users, and enterprise (unlimited use) subscription, as well as estimated pricing for up to 4 Option Years.�� Question and Response Deadline: Any questions regarding this Sources Sought notice must be sent to Jeremy Garrett via email at GarrettJ@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM EDT on October 5th, 2022.� All responses to this notice must be submitted to Jeremy Garrett via email at GarrettJ@sec.gov by no later than 3:00 PM EDT on October 18th, 2022.� �Responses must include: 1. Summary/Cover Letter� 2. Responses to the SEC Questionnaire� 3. Description of your company's subscription product� 4.
