Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source open market purchase order to include four (4) option years to Erbe USA, Inc., 2225 Northwest Parkway, Marietta, GA, 30067, for maintenance of ERBE VIO 300 D and APC2 Electrosurgical Units at the Rochester Outpatient Clinic, located at 260 Calkins Road, Rochester, NY, 14263. This service requirement shall include annual preventative maintenance, phone technical support, on-site support, replacement parts, and loaner equipment for the following equipment: Serial Number Equipment EE Number Location 11477969 APC2, 10134-000 292286 ROPC 11485214 APC2, 10134-000 292287 ROPC 11477702 VIO300D, 10140-100 318943 ROPC 11485360 VIO300D, 10140-100 318943 ROPC NAICS code is 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the classification code is J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Supplies with a Small Business Size Standard of $22 Million. THIS IS NOT A NOTICE FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notice prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due 10/06/2022 at 10:00am EST. Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to daniel.zielinski@va.gov.
