- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE/SYNOPSIS: US ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � DETROIT ARSENAL (ACC-DTA) proposes to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for the following item: Solicitation Number: W56HZV-22-R-0160 NSN: 5975-01-549-7994 Part Number: 104A0157 Noun: Rack, Electrical Equipment Estimated Maximum Quantity: Up to 345 each NAICS Code: 335999 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B The solicitation is anticipated for release in 3-5 weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.� Because of this, the US Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.� The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.� Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render a proposal as nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
