- The Medical Readiness Contracting Office � East, Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310, intends to solicit, negotiate and award an unrestricted competitive award for purchase of Advisor Austere Care Course training. The proposed solicitation number is W91YTZ23Q0001 and the resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial services. The NAICS for this requirement is 611430 and the PSC Code is U009. This synopsis is for your information only. No telephonic responses requests will be responded to. Closing date for this Synopsis is 06 November 2022 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). REQUIREMENT: Interested Contractor shall have the ability routinely provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and any other items or non-personal services necessary to perform Advisor Austere Care Course instruction. Contractor shall provide training during the base period of performance 1 February 2023 � 31 January 2024, and possibility of four option years thereafter. Partial List of Requirement: The course is no more than seven (7) weeks long and consists of three phases. Phase 1 consists of online asynchronous distance learning computer-based training. Phase 2 is classroom/didactic-driven instruction and certification testing. Phase 3 provides validation exercises to cement Phase 1 and 2 material and progress into more complicated tactical, clinical, and prolonged field care medicine. Phase 3 consists of clinical medicine, austere emergency care, and prolonged care instruction, simulated role player clinical scenarios, and multiple prolonged field care exercises that last from 6 hours up to 36 hours in duration. A2C2 attendees familiarize themselves with private sector and DOD health service support systems IOT improve their MEDEVAC/CASEVAC planning capabilities. A2C2- qualified teams have demonstrated (and reported) that their training enabled them to mitigate risk and conduct operations in areas that were previously restricted. The contractor shall be prepared to support up to 25 students per class. The minimum students in a class is 15. In addition, the contractor shall be prepared to support up to 20 A2C2 refresher students for one week concurrent with the Initial A2C2 Course.
