VIRTUAL INDUSTRY DAY FOR SOUNDING ROCKET PROGRAM - 4 ON-RAMP The Government plans on hosting a�virtual�Industry Day to convey and discuss program and proposal expectations and requirements. The Virtual Industry Day will be held on 19 October at 10:00am Mountain Daylight Time through Government Microsoft Teams. Contractors are encouraged to participate through Government Teams using your web browser; a dial in number and a copy of the briefing charts will be provided. A link to the Government Teams meeting can be requested via email to Alicia Cawley at Alicia.Cawley@spaceforce.mil, April Miller at April.Miller@spaceforce.mil, and Mariacheska Legendre at Mariacheska.Legendre@spaceforce.mil All parties, regardless of business size, are invited to attend. However, foreign firms are advised that they will not be allowed to participate in this acquisition. Only those companies who are verified to have an active CAGE Code in SAM.gov may receive Industry Day Microsoft Teams invite. Tentatively, the agenda will begin with a general overview of the AAMX organization, followed by the SRP-4 on-ramp acquisition, and concluding with a Question and Answer (Q&A) session.� Contractors are requested to provide information below to the PCO via email not later than 18 October, 12:00pm MDT and include the following information: (1) Statement confirming that the company has an active certification or is pursuing certification from the Joint Certification Program (JCP).� Information on how to request certification from the JCPO can be accessed here: https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/ ;�Note: Companies must have an active certification from the JCP prior to receiving Bidder�s Library and will not be eligible for award of an SRP-4 contract. (2) Company Name and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code; (3) Industry Day POC email and phone number. The purpose of this virtual Industry Day is to provide background information and insight into the SRP-4 Acquisition and RFP requirements.� However, all information presented is subject to change.� The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) will be the primary source to obtain information for this acquisition. For more information on the SRP-4 program and its requirements, please reference the SRP-4 RFP archived at the following web address: (https://sam.gov/opp/5349530e50c50edf64d3112080a3fc2a/view). Please note there have been minimal updates to the terms and conditions and/or technical documents since release of the SRP-4 RFP. If the Government intends to conduct an SRP-4 On-Ramp, the most current terms and conditions and technical documents will be included in any resultant On-Ramp RFP.
