- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Announcement The Gulf Coast VA HealthCare System in Biloxi, MS is issuing an Open Market RFQ IAW FAR 13.5 for Performance of a 5-year Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal Service. This procurement is conducted under NAICS 562112 Hazardous Waste Collection. The procurement contemplates a 5-year effort, with a Base Year and Four 1-Year Options. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Performance Work Statement is in the RFQ attached. The technically acceptable quote from a qualified vendor with the lowest price will obtain the award. This RFQ closes on 31 Octber 2022 at 11:59PM Central Time.
