Description

The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to provide answers to industry questions, to provide an updated PWS, extend the deadline for Questions and Answers, and to extend the deadline for quote submission. Question 1: Do you just want to purchase those mats new every order? No cleaning service or removal service of the old mats?  Answer 1: Please see updated PWS. Vendor is to provide, clean/launder, and replace all items identified. Question 2: How would you like the proposal submitted? Answer 2: Submitted via email per instructions on page 24 Question 3: what do you consider biweekly. Twice a week or twice a month? Answer 3: Bi-Weekly is 2x per month or every other week. Some Months may have 2 services and some months may have 3. The vendor shall invoice accordingly in arrears. Please see attached file: Updated PWS -101222.docx The Question-and-Answer window is hereby extended. All questions SHALL be submitted no later than 10/20/2022 by 13:30 (1:30 PM EST) via email. Questions after this deadline may not be answered. Phone queries will not be entertained. The solicitation deadline for responses is hereby extended. Submission of your response shall be received not later than 10/26/2022 at 1:30PM EST at Joshua.Kovar@VA.gov.
