General Description: The primary objective of this procurement is to renovate approximately 6,800 square feet (SF) on the fourth (4) Floor, B section (Stairwells for Hemodialysis), Main Building at the Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, located at 1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, Florida. The contractor will provide all general construction services, alterations, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, and certain other items as described in the specifications and drawings. The magnitude of construction is: Between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The SOLICITATION will be issued on or about Oct 21, 2022. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov website at SAM.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV.
