The Office of Business Solutions Acquisition (OBSA); Treasury Operations Branch, intends to negotiate a sole-source acquisition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with Leadership Connect for web-based subscription services with the approximate start date of January 1, 2023. The Treasury Library seeks access to a service that provides up-to-date information on decision-makers and influencers in Congress, throughout the federal government, major companies, state and local governments, not-for-profits and other associations, law and lobbying groups, courts, and the news media.
