Description: The National Park Service announces a Request for Proposal for the leasing of one 23,352 square-foot Multiuse facility, the former officer�s club at Fort Monroe National Monument.� This is a great opportunity for an appropriate adaptive use of this unique indoor-outdoor waterfront ��facility within the National Monument.� A key objective in the leasing program is to maintain this property in good condition and assure use of the leased property in a manner consistent with the purposes of the applicable park area as established by law, and the preservation of historic property.
