Description

The Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit (GSU), located in Gallup, New Mexico 87301 intends to negotiate a sole source award with GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. for Centricity Perinatal Support Policy.� The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 511210 with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million Dollars.� Period of Performance from October 1, 2022 through September 30, 2023. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. provides installation of central monitoring system in each of the 5 labor rooms, 2 triage bays, nurse�s station, and provider station for surveillance of women in labor, archiving of fetal monitoring strips, and electronic documentation of care. This is an upgrade of our existing GE Women�s Health Unit system that has reached its end of life. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than GE Healthcare IITS USA Corp. may submit a capability statement via electronic mail by 2:00 PM MDT on October 21, 2022.� Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
