(SEE Continuation page) � � /// NOTHING FOLLOWS /// Project: Snell Diffuser Replacement located in Massena, New York Phase II (Solicitation): The GLS invites the following two offerors to submit proposals in accordance with RFP 6923G522R1080:� Kubricky Construction Corporation Hohl Industrial Services.� NAICS code 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Size standard - $39,500,000.00. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This acquisition will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 15. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). Site Visit: �Wednesday, 12 October 2022, 1:00pm EST: See FAR 52.236-27; Site Visit (Construction) RFIs due: Monday, 17 October 2022, 2:00pm EST. Email to: purchasing@dot.gov. A Bid Bond (SF24) is required with proposal submission. Performance (SF25) and Payment (SF25a) bonds are required ten(10) calendar days after award. Proposal due: Monday, 24 October 2022, 2:00pm EST. Incorporate the Request for Information (RFI) and repsonse as specified herein. 2. Update the Set-Aside from Total Small Business set-aside to ""Full and Open."" 3. The proposal due date remains unchanged. 4. The POC for this action is Chora Young, Contract Specialist, email: purchasing@dot.gov // NOTHING FOLLOWS // The Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (GLS) is requesting qualification proposals on a Full and Open Basis from all qualified firms to be evaluated in Phase I of a two-phase procurement for the design-build project titled �Snell Lock Concrete Diffusers Replacement� GLS anticipates selecting approximately five (5) of the most highly qualified successful firms during the Phase I to receive the Phase II solicitation.�� In accordance with FAR 36.301, use of two-phase design-build selection procedures are being conducted�for this procurement.�In Phase I of the two-phase design-build selection procedure, interested firms (referred to as �Offerors�) submit certain specified performance capability proposals, demonstrating their capability to successfully execute the design-build construction contract resulting from this solicitation. The Government will evaluate the Phase I Proposals in accordance with the criteria described herein and will short-list approximately (5) of the Phase I Offerors to compete for the design-build contract in Phase II. In Phase II, the short-listed Offerors will submit proposals in accordance with the Phase II Request for Proposals. This is NOT a request for proposal.� A solicitation package will be made available for Phase II.
