- The US Marshals Service (USMS) requires: Quantity of 2, ""4x4 SUVs, Black color only"". This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and is posted as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07 � August 10, 2022. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. There are no addenda to the provision. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this Request for Quotes (RFQ)�. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a�statement regarding there are no addenda to the clause. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive�Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. NAICS 336211 Automobile and Light Duty Motor Vehicle Manufacturing applies to this RFQ. This RFQ is�set aside for small business.
