Description

The United States Secret Service requires monthly user access fees and monthly line fees for access to the International Justice and Public Safety Network provided by NLETS.�NLETS constitutes a sole source for the type of information that can be provided coupled with the method of interface to that information. All Federal, State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial Law Enforcement agencies requiring NLETS service deal directly with NLETS as the sole provider of this information. NLETS is unique in that it operates an international system that is network accessible by all criminal justice agencies and is the only provider of this capability in the United States. NLETS is the sole provider of the required capability and there is no other entity in the United States, public, private, or governmental, which provides this capability.
