- Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 5 of 5 Page 5 of 5 Presolicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Page 1 of 1 The Orlando VA Medical Center intends to solicit and award an acquisition for Milk for: Department of Veterans Affairs VA Caribbean Healthcare System 10 Casia St San Juan, PR 00921 The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 112120, with a related small business size standard of $3.25 Million. The proposed action is for a Firm Fixed Price (FP) requirement contract, which will be advertised as Unrestricted. The solicitation will be posted on or about 20 October 2022, via Opportunities website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-08 dated 09/23/2022.
