Description

The KonTerra Group provides USAID with a robust�menu of support services for the entire USAID workforce, regardless of hiring mechanism, and�their family members. These services seek to bolster their physical and mental well-being and�help them maintain a healthy balance between their work and life responsibilities. Some of these�initiatives are mandated by federal law or policy, while others are discretionary programs going�beyond the minimum federal requirements. Combined together, the programs produce important�organizational and employee outcomes, such as lower healthcare costs, increased productivity,�improved recruitment and retention, reduced absenteeism and increased presenteeism, and�enhanced employee engagement.
