Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�North Carolina City:�Rocky Mount Delineated Area:�Please see the attached map. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�9,804 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�9,804 Parking Spaces (Total):�0 Parking Spaces (Surface):�0 Parking Spaces (Structured):�0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):�0 Full Term:�10 Years Firm Term:�15 Years Option Term:�5 Years Additional Requirements: Offered space must be located on one contiguous floor.� If the space is not on the ground floor, then the remainder of the office space shall be located on the second floor directly above the first-floor space and have a minimum of two elevators available. Space must allow for efficient configuration and not present significant design constraints, such as, irregular shape, length greater than twice the width, large columns (over 2� by 2�) or column spacing less than 20� on center and 20� from exterior walls. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Government may consider separately metered utilities.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.� Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Rocky Mount, NC that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
